InternComputer Support Centre
Built an order-email automation for one of the company’s clients, a UK school-uniform supplier, from the first test to installation on the client’s machine.
- Designed a two-stage pipeline: one stage reads order emails and extracts the order, the other prepares the estimate in QuickBooks Online.
- Added a validation gate and a human review step, so nothing reaches the accounts without a person checking it.
- Wrote 37 automated tests and ran around 15 live trials against a QuickBooks test company, fixing six bugs those trials exposed.
